If your worries are prompted by this General Counsel appointment, I don’t view it the same way.
New product and distribution alliances were flagged by the Company late last year. Specifically, the plan is to take hernia, breast and orthobiologics products to market via alliance.
Also, for some time David Williams has talked about transformational M&A possibilities (that is, with PolyNovo as acquirer) specifically focused on plastic and reconstructive surgery oriented businesses.
So I see that the plan is to grow PolyNovo through business development in addition to organic growth, not to flog off the Company.
