* Executive Director, The American Chamber of Commerce in Madagascar;

Cougar's New GM:
* Above are excellent credentials for a part-time (very) CGM position, based in Madagascar, if CGM does indeed end up with a 50:50 JV Graphite Project in Madagascar?
* Meantime, how much time is allocated to GM of CGM?

Conclusions:
* One, a signal and stroke of genius by CGM Board (for short term at least)?; or,
* Two, if DNI retains 100% of Graphite then a broadside at corporate lunacy as GM should be full time in Brazil?
* Three, if Point One and/or Point Two occurs then signals more and more delays, higher costs, and less commitment, to/with Lithium Project.

IMO, right now it's as clear as mud.

A real junior resource company has one project they work on for a long time. A 10 million market cap company doesn't have projects all over the world. That is just ridiculous. Does Randal think CGM is Rio Tinto? IMHO
