The performance of RHT is consistent is with its slow pace business, as it still heavily focus on R&D and earning an income from analysing data for its clients, therefore forecasting the last quarter will be easy. It also lack the staff talent with marketing and selling experiences to promote its product around the world.
Here are my forecast cash receipts (highlighted in yellow) for the last quarter.
I have provided 3 scenario (Bad, Ok, Good).
Bad - RHT cash receipts similar to Yr 19 ---> Total cash receipts similar to Yr19 - sp drops back to 11c
Ok - RHT cash receipts grows at a slow pace ------>Total cash receipts > Yr19 & Yr20 - sp stable at 16.5c /17c
Good - RHT cash receipts grows at a fast pace -------> Total cash receipts alot >Yr19 & Yr20 - sp moves up 18c/19c (if lucky)
I am using past sp movement to predict where sp will be if each scenario happens - but market determines in the end the sp.
Due to the resurgent of Covid around the world and in particular usa and uk where RHT derive its main income stream, the last quarter will be
OK only.
Therefore cash receipts is projected to be $901k with 5% derivates +/-.
I will be very surprised and scr_wed if the figures are Bad. Also, I will be surprised if the figures are Good.
I am not too concern about the 4C reports as the devil is in the details with the annual full year report - when will this come out?
4C quarter reports - figures are already set and cannot change.
Annual full year report will provide RHT's visions for moving forward and how it will super charge its busines and grow faster as the market and all investors expects.
ONLY this growth vision will increase sp if it meets market expectation. Alot of the smart ass LT investors who have bought in at 3c - 7c would say but its gone up 100% to 300% for me. For these investors it maybe - but for those that bought in the teens its a business with
snail pace growth. Why do you think the sp tanked from 27c to 15.5c? Cos it growing fast?
RHT is like a working class man going to work - earning enough to paid for living expense and banking his saving at 0.18%.
It was my poor judgement bought in - thinking it can rapidly expand its business and promote its product rapidly through multiple distributors around the world. To date it only has 2 main distributors and a few clinical trails where it provide analytical services for a fee. Not really rapid.
That why, the annual full year report is needed to determine the fate of the current sp.
