    re: Ann: Appointment of Goldman Sachs as Fina... I am trying to get my head around the reason for GS being appointed. Is this to obtain an independent report on if the bid by Xstrata is fair and reasonable?

    Sphere has signed 'no shop' and 'no talk' agreements so GS cant have been hired to solicit other bidders.
