    The $40mil won't be a problem as Richard Hinson mentioned in the official statement of yesterday
    "Our core business is fundamentally sound etc.."
    Banks don't pull the plugs if you are a few millions short.
    They are aware of the fact if they do liquidate RFG they might not get all their money back.
