He think and treat sgr as his private 100% owned company. this idiot destroyed shareholder invested capital who participated first round CR, ( and likely participate 2nd round as well because of fear of dilution). first round CR is very un-well prepared CR, then sgr have to give 50% discount to get 2nd CR in half year to survive . this f...king idiot give shit to shareholders who participate 1 round CR and so on.
