Agree with all of that.
But I'd also add the following things that cannot possibly make the share action/lack of interest a surprise:
- the pump and dump in August 2020
- the suspension from trading on 1 October 2020
- the notification on 27 November 2020 that the company was being sued because of an allegation that it "had denied the plaintiff the right to receive a placement of 74.5m shares in the company at a price of $0.04 per share"...any coincidence the share price is about that level now???
- that the share price activity was already suspect folloiwng the dump in August 2020 (before the announcement on 18 September 2020 about the 40m gift of shares)
It's all in the hands of management to turn this sh!t show around - underneath it all (if honesty prevails) there is a decent and growing business.
