Appointment of Halloysite-Kaolin Expert
Archer Materials Limited (“Archer”, the “Company”, “ASX:AXE”) is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr Andre Zeitoun as an advisor to the Company. Mr Zeitoun will work with
Archer to develop the Company’s halloysite-kaolin projects. The Company has agreed to issue
2.0 million share options (“Options”)to Mr Zeitoun and the Appendix 3G noting the grant of the
Options has been lodged with ASX.
I am feeling a bit relieved because I bought more shares yesterday at the low.
Mr Zeitoun is obviously positive about the halloysite-kaolin projects
So I was wrong with my assumption that the options were for the Swiss Company.
