So Gerry used to run the business here while Luke was running the N American expansion until he took over the company and accepted an impressive pay bump to perform both roles.
Only this apparently isn't working and so Gerry will once again start looking after the APAC region as part of his semi retirement.
This means the company is back to where they were a couple of years ago management wise except Luke gets paid more and Gerry is working 3 days a week.
Overall a great result for shareholders provided you last name is also Tuddenham.
