Totally agree and I'm very pleased that any complications that could have arisen due to nothing other than sheer political nonsense from non-supportive factions, that could have ultimately impacted on the operations of CPH, have been clearly abated with this move.
IMO this is a sound way forward as it does not give any oxygen to future factions who may want to see CPH not succeed and also shows the propensity of board and execs from CPH to want to protect the company by moving forward without any form of hinderance. It appears that there is so much potential for CPH and the genuine benefits of what their products may offer international consumers.
I'm also really pleased that there is a very positive sentiment that has been posted on this, I was worried that other investors may knee-jerk at the announcement.
