Let's hope he can be a significant mentor for the management team and that he can (in the background) quell the two major shareholders involved in a head-to-head d1*k swinging competition. Not to mention combing over the ruffled caused by the CEO. Not a small task. For those who may not be aware FMCG is code for Fast Moving Consumer Goods. I guess some of the KPI's and business lessons of this category apply to VIt.
