If Headley's wife resigned as COO in June 2023, after getting her bonus shares, and is not drawing more money out of the company now ....

1) Why does her linked in post say she is a Special Advisor to Vitura?

2) Do you know how many bonus shares and bonus payments she received during her tenure?

3) Do you know if Headley's associates voted or participated in her remuneration?

4) What has been her current remuneration now as a "Special Advisor"?

5) What responsibility does she have for the Share Price, Revenue, EBITDA, staff turnover, market share, the fall of share price from a dollar?
