The positive is Peter's accounting experience. Finally a BoD member with actual numbers experience. Has he had any experience with winding up companies?
As with Athan's bio, this announcement lacks key details. Why didn't the announcement include details of his "investor/owner in the aged care sector"?
Another commonality with Athan is Peter's seemingly ghost-like profile in LinkedIn. I never understand why directors in Public Companies would not want to showcase their background to investors.... unless, imo, the background is less than stellar. Athan has a few profiles on LinkedIn.
