re: Ann: Appointment of Independent Commercia... A positive announcement overall bring in the expert when all other cost effective options have been exhausted.

IMO they have tried to conclude a deal with a couple of potential partners however have felt through the negotiation process they are not achieving the best outcome through that process for the company & it's shareholders thus now resorting to calling in an expert who either will achieve a more favourable outcome with the potential partners or delve into his network of contacts & open negotiations with a new commercial partner.

The downside in all of this which we must appreciate is that we see a extended period in the negotiation time frame to the conclusion of a commercial partner, especially if the process must begin from scratch.

Either way I am pleased as this indicates the board of management has the best interest of the business, the product & finally the shareholder all in consideration.
