Good plan - we should email Expert and try to understand just what the parameters are, for this Governance review.

Also, maybe a good plan to suggest that the review also look very carefully, at a number of other matters which have been highlighted here.

IMHO, s/h and LWP itself, are better-off with this development, than having nothing. Because having nothing is just more of the same.
IMHO, this Expert is just that - an Expert with plenty of experience and a lawyer.

What is not good, is that from the ASX release, it appears that his brief will not include investigating past, or current, arrangements and activities.
it will be just a review of Corp Governance, and a suggested fix.

Which is simply not good enough. It needs to be an in-depth review.
