Imo this is the first evidence we are seeing of a long line of accountability and investigation.
Every time they said discussions are progressing with potential partners...show us email threads.
Every time they said proppants had been sent for testing....show us invoices and shipping documents. Show us blanked out information.
Every time they said they had increased positive interest from parties....show us emails/letters/documents/tell us who these parties were so maybe they can provide proof.
Show us all unaccountable costs - show us everything on your neighbour dispute - show us ever single piece of information, correspondence and 'due diligence' (other than quoting wikipedia for a description of graphene) for your Graphen era JV
Show us every single cost and other details for your Pune JV.
The list goes on......
But mostly I'd LOVVVE for them to prove how much due diligence they had apparently conducted into Victors battery idea.
You don't have to look too deep before an investigation would start to demand these things and if unprovidable/inaccurate/misleading/unacceptable they will be held accountable, they will end up going to court and they WILL lose.
Just hoping that there is a small chance they are made to refund some money to shareholders.
