Interesting that today's announcement state's that LWP's accountants BDO Brisbane are clarifying the company's R&D claims with the ATO which are "significant in the range $1.6 to $2million.

BDO Brisbane are also the company's auditor who refer specifically to the going concern issue in their report. One of the factors relied on by the directors concluding the company to be a going concern is the ability of the group to finalise and recover on it's R&D claim which it seems is reliant on the skills of BDO Brisbane.

BDO have stated they have been independent but perhaps not a good look.
