re: Ann: Appointment of Independent Non-Exec... Now that they've partnered with such an organisation, I doubt CCC will be able to get away with anything that might be considered below board when it comes to the South African operations.

I also noticed that Mr Kilbride presided over a large expansion phase at Exxaro, good timing for CCC for him to be on the board to add any experience for this huge growth phase.
