If SAS do have exceptionally favourable payment terms than Gomspace have every right to delay service if payments aren’t met. 

Regardless of the payment terms all agree SAS will need funds  sometime in the next few months. Hopefully there is a $40-50 million injection soon and the funding question can be put behind us for good. It is possible they scrape together another $10m and funding remains the monkey on their back for another few months though.
