This could / should be a good appointment. From my home state of Western Australia Ms Tough has long time links to the regions, both agricultural and mining. Despite a much discussed recent company focus on growing business in countries we are already winning contracts in I can't help but think this may signal that which I have championed since day dot....put some effort into our own back yard also.

An 'immediate contribution', that would be great! Many of us have kept our 'composure under [growing] pressure' and with a share price which now puts us ALL under water I will be looking for clear signs of her guidance and influence.
