She sounds decent enough, not every director needs to have built a mine. She is clearly suitably qualified for her chairing the audit and risk committee.
The fact that she was appointed so quickly tells me at least this was planned and organised behind the scenes. Part of a broader play it would seem at this stage. Chair appointment will be interesting...
