Was thinking today while driving about two scenarios.
1) Potentially having a robust balance sheet is in itself a differentiator? Compared to BLY etc. For example - to be in in the game for a large contract, SWK may need to meet certain financial metrics.
2) With their recent board strengthening with some M&A experience, Board may be suggesting that they need to pre-emptively get in a position to move if required.
One of the things I like most about SWK is Kent's involvement. I trust him to do the best for the company baring his family name - and not run off chasing some vanity project before jumping ship to another CEO position.
Anyways. hoping for another Orexplore update soon(ish) with the field trial mobilising.
