Appendix 1In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16 the Company confirms that the material terms of the arrangement for the role of Richard Clayton are as follows:
Remuneration as Interim CEO of $1,500 per day (over and above what is expected for the non-executive director role);
Non-executive Director’s Fee of $50,000 per annum; and
Statutory superannuation contributions.
