From my experience in the work force, when the CEO asks a question, people move quickly to respond. If it's a simple status update, there’s no reason it can’t be pulled together the same day, it shouldn't take a week.
No one’s expecting Merrill to personally meet every partner, but there are definitely people internally who’ve been across these initiatives and should be in a position to provide clear, timely updates, especially on the more active or strategic ones like Mercedes, SIOI, Vidcare etc.
Hopefully the quarterly not only gives us insight into where things stand, but also signals a shift towards more regular and transparent comms from leadership. It’d go a long way in reinforcing confidence
