Agree there is a lot happening.
I hope that David staying can take some of the low hanging fruit to resolution - eg. the trademark with U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. This would be a win. My search shows, this is normal procedural questions.
In relation to 4C, i hope it gives an honest reflection of current state. Doesn't have to show deals being signed but eliminate the confusion held by shareholders. And if can be addressed, what Merrill sees are potential hurdles for each deal.
David might also be suited to getting VidCare over the line
