It's a pity, but it's just that nobody seems to know how to close a sale or seal the deal. Have they ever asked one of the prospects "what do we need to do for you to sign off on this?" We used to call it the ABC of sales "Always Be Closing". Marketing is NOT selling, you MUST close the sale. If not, then move on to you next best prospect.
