SWK had invested around $30-35 million in developing the Orexplore technology prior to the spin-out.
It also seeded the company with cash. The current balance stands at around $11m, and there is no debt.
At the current share price of 7.5c, OXT has a market cap of less than $8m. It is worth less than the current cash balance in its bank account
The market is clearly pricing the company to fail. The only positive new is the small 2 month contract in March with Wulina for the scanning of 2000m of core with the view of an extension however the two month period has expired and now nothing again.
