Not sure I understand what point you are trying to make fishy. It won't be the federal government paying the advisory board. It won't be medicare. It won't J&J. It won't be the Red Cross. There is only one group of people that will be paying for all these experts to "advise". Look for it in next years financial accounts announcement.

finally!. There is no deal on the horizon. i dont believe if there is even any conversation happening in the background. i believe in writing skills of the person who prepares announcements for BIT. i am sure if there was any development on commercial front, they would have shared with us by now
