You may well be right and probably at a large discout as for the previous 249d - but I would hope such a vote buying exercise, following on a similar happening last time, would be closely investigated by the authorities. We really need to get all votes against the current management exercised to make sure the interests of shareholders are looked after.
If a placement like last time does happen, it would make a really good story for the Financial Review!!!
