Really?? How shallow??? ...."Discussions started months ago with the new Board member"
There has been no hint by the Board they were looking for new directors for at least a year and having discussions with one person you appoint after a 203d is lodged indicates you are hand picking more "yes people" to get the support you want. Where was the open and public director recruitment process? How do you and your shareholders know there is not someone else out there better qualified, networked and skilled to get the project moving????
Please Paul and John, park self interests, communicate with Grant on an orderly transition for the benefit of the company and its shareholders.
You have nothing to lose with your shareholding's, only upside. The longer this goes on, it appears it cant be about loss or ego (if the movement in support is so obvious) and we run the risk of shareholders pondering whether there is something to hide which is even more unstabling...
