Angel, I am not close to the board but have followed and been in and out of dma for some years.
My only point concerning who brought the Chinese to the table is that I would think (please read supposition here) that is was Mr Tay. IF it was Mr Tay, then why as you say did the majority of the board vote in favour and Mr Tay and his supporters blocked the placement at the EGM 27/09/2010?
Agreed, the higher the price the better.
The point to my writing (rambling?) is that we need to see the response from the rest of the board to understand what has happened and what is happening.
The fact that the response is taking a while is normal, in my view. Tactically, if they respond early then Mr Tay has time to counter their arguements and people start to forget some of the detail in their submission. If they respond later...
