Leonard Math works for Graham Anderson of GDA ,to whom DMA has outsourced its sec work to reduce costs.

My enquiries tell me that Leonard has been doing most of the day to day secretarial work for DMA for a long time.

The 2 Board spills that Mr Tay has initiated in the last 4 years, would clearly create an extra amount of expense to DMA
