Hi TP, not sure on the rules but invariably an appointment will be closely followed by a declaration as to their own financial interest in the company they've just joined, even if it's 'nil' value.
My thoughts were that he grabbed a coupla 100k today to show his enthusiasm...
I added a few more last week but my GF didn't show any enthusiasm at all ! Thought she was gonna be getting another pair of Jimmy Choo shoes...ah well...lol..
