    I have been observing the activity / reaction by the existing CEO to the 249D. The desperation appears to be abnormal and whether the 249D is successful or not there needs to be a full diligence on the activities of management and documentation for the project. I sense that there is a fatal flaw with the project that has not been disclosed.
