E 45/5041 I've said it before, but what gets me is the use of "Mention" when I look at upcoming Mt Roe Mining or Blue Ribbon Mines (Mantle owned assets) cases with the WA Warden's Court.
Over and over again.
Typically a mention is for scheduling or interlocutory appeals or applications/motions.
As I understand, what we need is a HEARING.
Either the Warden's Noticeboard doesn't work too great or this stuff will go on for months.
Today's seems to be the final (?) listing for E 45/5041 (FMG Magnetite v Blue Ribbon Mines), so let's hope Mt B is about to get the final actually ever yes really this time for sure uh huh its all good and hunky dory approval.
