I've got a big hunch it is already starting to do just that. Costs of getting onboard Rea website have been big for a very long time. I can see rent.com taking a significant share of the rental market clients and customers to our site as we specialise and can be more focussed. Rea took some time to get to the dizzying hieghts of its game but the subsequent players who come along are typically much faster at gaining ground as the example has been set - multi billion dollar companies. We only need a fraction of that market share but we are aiming a lot higher than that.
Cheap as chips for a "market darling" to be....
