Great appointment as a non-exec director, IMO. I just hope he gets listened to properly and nobody's ego gets in his way.
As an aside and without seeking to tar the man with a historical brush, The Sons of Gwalia Ltd history is a bit of a double edged sword... that company, while a gold miner, was a party to one of the most significant shareholder action decisions in the High Court, although I haven't checked the timing and whether our new director was around at the time.
