The secret to developing fantastic assets successfully is to always get high quality management in to develop and run it.
So many companies have great assets that are badly managed and they usually either end up failing or massively under achieving.
This is a great appointment and gives me confidence that this will get developed quickly and will get done correctly enabling maximum value to be extracted from it.
