Don't forget that LLL as manager of the Goulamina lithium project will be charging the holding company (Ganfeng/LLL Joint Venture) a fee for it's work in managing the project. I'd expect much of the MD's salary to be thus indirectly charged - and so LLL will probably end up paying not much more than half this salary.
