Appointment of Liquidator Glenn Ian Livingstone of KPMG (the Liquidator),
gives notice that on 2 June 2021,
he was appointed as Liquidator of Integrated Green Energy Solutions Limited (ASX:IGE)
pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

The Liquidator is undertaking an urgent assessment of the Company’s business operations and financial affairs. The Liquidator’s appointment supersedes the appointment of
Trent Devine, Andrew Spring and Brad Morelli of Jirsch Sutherland,
who were appointed as Voluntary Administrators of the Company on 31 May 2021
pursuant to a resolution of the Company’s directors.

It's like the 1980's all over again,
With the Misleading promises of funding IGE made,
They deserve all the media attention they get....

To think 40 years later,
The ASX is still as Dodgy as it ever was,
If not worse.
