Fair question, maybe depends on loan agreement and what was put up as security for this.
I'm gunna guess and say that as the company as a whole has gone into liquidation that all and sundry is up for grabs.
I would imagine that shareholders will be the last in line for any payout if any crumbs left after the vultures get done.
