AFR will probably start bitching and moaning that there was no mention about CE's sucession planning and the superfunds are concerned about this.
Mins is actually very good at ensuring senior management and shareholder incentives are aligned which is the main thing i really want with corporate governance.
So many other remuneration packages have poorly aligned incentives, where they are motivated to grow the company by issuing shares and debt, making dumb acquisitions, ignoring the cost of capital, and destroying the share price.
