The other thing is i very much doubt he would have agreed to the options package if he thought there was any chance of a capital raise, as the cap raise would be so dilutionary it would devalue the options. I like the way 50% of his fee is shares so his incentives are aligned with us, and the option grant and terms makes his incentives strongly aligned with us.

And no mention of anything to do with CE and any transition with him too, so that's good too!
