A Forrest (AF) had ASIC threats & actions against him constantly, he even punched out Salter & got a crim conviction & then ANL put into liquidation from $4B MC in 1999 and faced bankruptcy
AF was threatened by ASIC & the TO panel when he tried to takeover 51% POS for 6c in 2018 also
yet he went on to become Ozs 2nd richest person behind Gina & still with FMG

And lets not mention Ginas sordid legal history, trust/family disputes, family squabbles & numerous court cases with her children & even stepmum let alone her pillorying AGO for $450M now worth $25B stuffing us aussie battlers there while she made a freaken fortune on our backs.

And lets not mention Chris Pratt, Laurie Connell & Alan Bond & compare them too.


CEs main crime was to make a fortune for him, Bob and the other long holders here.
Its called tall poppy syndrome.
Even if he is charged and convicted by ASIC he would be well above in character than all the others above by miles. He is cleaner, worthy and more loyal than them by miles.

Attacking CE and not the ball is a low blow and not worthy of ethical professionalism imho

CE is the tooth fairy compared to the above imho.
