As an aside, I assume that these hired guns do believe the runway to significant growth is achievable, hard to imagine either of them being short of a dollar and likely being the inevitable position of picking and choosing their next battles and it looks like they have significant upside to their options - Imo this upside would be maximised via a sale process in a couple of years as opposed to grafting out SP appreciation over the years ahead. I.e. moonshot motivation lol.
