The pessimist in me says: "Great. Now MLX have tightened the grip even further around our neck. At least with AB in charge (and with some skin in the game i.e. 9m shares) he might not roll over so meekly in a takeover bid for WGR, like Paul Benson did with AAG"

Interesting that Paul Benson didn't "elect" to take up his directorship with WGR. The bidders statement referred to both him and another AAG director joining the WGR board. I suspected this was all bull at the time, and that's how it turned out. I doubt he was ever offered a position. Thanks a lot Paul. Gift AAG to WGR, then disappear into the sunset. I doubted your commercial acumen in a post earlier this week, and the WGR announcement yesterday has vindicated this.
