LRS had significant copper resources in Peru( Ilo Norte and Ilo Este).
In 2017/18 LRS sold the resource to Wesminster Resources ( Solis Minerals) for US$250,000 cash and 19 million shares of Westminster Resources. As part of the deal LRS/ (CG) got a seat on the board of Westminster.
Last year LRS bought another $600,000 worth of Solis shares to maintain it's position as major shareholder.
