Also , this little tidbit from the announcement :

Acting CEO and Managing Director Mr Tod McGrouther, will remain as a non-executive director. The
Board wishes to thank Mr McGrouther for his efforts and services to the Company during his time in
the role.

Indeed, a big well done to Mr Tod McGrouther his efforts and services to the Company, including :

- overseeing the share price collapse from 14 cents to a all time record low of 2 cents.
- presiding over the longest period of no listings in NSX history
- managing to collect for himself at least 250k + from NSX depelted coffers.
- from what I can see, he oversaw no new initiatives at all to bring business to the NSX
- driving to a result really really well the big "Saudi business" .

Yes indeed, a very big thank you to a one Mister Tod McGrouther!! LOL
