I don't carry a personal grudge against the incoming CEO, CarlosG. My observations would apply to anyone joining a business under these circumstances. The line that "a CEO is not responsible for a company's share price" is commonly quoted by management, but executive actions certainly have a direct impact on its development and I am referring to the sale of millions of shares just prior to critical announcements, to give just one example.
