This isn't comic book narratives, this is real people investing real money to real people whose integrity/capability/performance is questionable. The appt of an insider doesn't fill me with reassurance at all. Sounds like Lockyer is going to be the fall guy for another sequence of missed targets/promises. Sure there has to be Anns of substance, not more blab stock teasing, but we invest for the future, and the past ain't the place to seek assurance.More like retribution and then renewal.
